Logging in to Passportal
Passportal‘s web console is accessed via the following URL:

To log in to Passportal, you will need to enter your valid:
- Email Address
- Password
- Organization Key
Supported browsers to access the Passportal web portal and browser extension:
- Chrome
- Firefox
- Edge
- Chromium-based browser
You may also select Remember Organisation Key in order for it to be stored securely on a particular device/browser combination.
Click the Sign me in button to log in once all of your information has been successfully entered.
Organisation Key: This is organisation-wide, and is the encryption key for your stored passwords. We do not store the Organisation Key anywhere in the system for security purposes, so it is vital that at least one member of your organization has stored this and is able to give it to users that forget. To reset the Organisation Key means all passwords will become irretrievable and will need to be reset.
