Turn on/off automatic forwarding in Outlook
1 Open your browser to: https://outlook.office.com
2 At the top of the Outlook on the web or Outlook.com page, select Settings .
3 Select Mail > Forwarding.
4 Select Enable forwarding, enter the forwarding email address, and select Save.
Note: If you want a copy of the original message to remain in your mailbox, select Keep a copy of forwarded messages.
To turn off Auto Forwarding complete the steps above by removing the email account and selecting Save
